5th Day - Friday
I'm finished with the water fast and am now beginning the 80/10/10 fast. Mostly fresh, raw fruits and vegetables (80%), a little protein (10%) and a little good oils (10%).....hence the 80/10/10 name. I have a healthy blender drink that I make for my morning meal and, when I'm doing the 80/10/10 fast, I just drink it all day. It is just about 80/10/10 so it works well for me.
