Types of Fasts #3 80/10/10 Fast

80/10/10 Fast
i. This fast is also a lifestyle for some people.
ii. It is vegan and raw (no animal products and nothing cooked)
iii. It consists of getting 80% of your calories from mostly fruits (which are whole food carbs and actually good for you), 10% from vegetable protein sources and 10% good fats.
iv. This diet is what I use when I’m fasting since it fits my lifestyle (I’m way busy) and it is easy for me to do.
