Types of Fasts #4 Vegan

Vegan
i. This fast is also a lifestyle for some people
ii. Vegan means that you eat no animal products (don’t eat anything that used to have a face) and you eat nothing produced by anything that used to have a face (which includes all dairy products)
iii. Many vegans cook their veggies but some are vegan raw people
iv. This diet is very healthy and can become a favorite way to eat in healthier ways
v. Be aware of what you’re eating! Eating only French fries is NOT eating vegan!
